Policies

Most of our services require preparation time to properly set up for your service. Preparations may include the use of products and supplies. Due to the timing, cost of supplies and to hold the room in anticipation for your visit, we kindly request the following considerations when booking and cancelling appointments.

  • CANCELLATION: Same day cancellation and No Show will get charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Read Microblading and Cosmetic tattoo service cancellation and booking fee policy below.

  • ​BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: Please set aside enough time for your service. Remove eye or brow makeup to your appointment. Make sure your lashes are thoroughly cleaned with all traces of mascara and makeup residue removed. If you are booked for Microblading or Powder Brows, you may come in with your brow makeup. Or bring your brow makeup to the appointment. 

 

  • THE DAY OF THE SERVICE: Remove contact lenses prior to service. Please arrive about 5 minutes prior to your first appointment.This will allow you to complete the necessary paperwork and to prepare for your service. Please follow proper precare instructions.​​

  • BOOKING POLICY: We encourage you to reschedule your appointment promptly, as per our policies.

      

        -If we feel that you are too            unsure or indecisive about              your tattoo, we have the right          to refuse to offer work.Another       deposit fee will be required if         you would like to book again.

- If you are under the care of a Physician, please consult with your Physician first before booking an appointment. We reserve the right to refuse serve to anyone who is not a candidate for this service, did not follow prepare instructions and post care instructions.

  • GUESTS: No Guests, No Children, No Pets are allowed in the treatment area. As per Ledge Light Department of Health Regulations, only pets that are trained, guide dogs (or in training) for the disabled are allowed in the treatment room. Please be respectful and understand that the artist must focus on your procedure. We also want to ensure safety and compliance with Regulations of the Department of Health.

  • BOOKING FEE: We require a deposit to reserve your appointment. â€‹This is to protect the time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention. This deposit will be applied towards your balance on the day of the appointment. All booking fees are NON Refundable. Booking fee can be transferred to another date with a 48hr notice. When less than 48 hrs notice is given the booking fee is forfeited and a new booking fee will be required.

  • RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required to reschedule you appointment for initial services for eyelash extensions, brow henna, lash lift and lash tinting, facial waxing.

    • For Microblading and cosmetic tattoo follow up appointments, a 7 days notice is required to reschedule the appointment. A $75 cancellation fee will apply if the follow up appointment is cancelled with less than 7 days notice and a new booking fee will be required to hold the new appointment.

  • NO SHOWS: If you Do not show up to your appointment and No notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. Your booking fee will be forfeited. For NO Shows and cancellations of More than Once, a booking fee must be paid in advanced for all future appointments.

  • ARRIVING LATE: If you are late, your appointment time will not be extended. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled, booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required. For services requiring a shorter period of time after 5 minutes, your appointment will be needing to be rescheduled. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

  • SICK: If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again.

​

  • COVID: If you believe you have been exposed to Covid or have Covid and can provide us with a positive test result, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day.

  • FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS / TOUCH UPS: Touch ups are for existing clients only. All cosmetic tattoo services require a minima of 2 appointments. Your follow up session is scheduled 8-10 weeks after the initial session. This appointment must be redeemed before week 10. Please plan accordingly. Depending on the service and skin type, we recommend a 8-10 week touchup after your initial session, then once annually or semi annual following that.

  • PREVIOUS WORK: If you have been tattooed previously by another artist, you Must first send a clear picture of the existing work for assessment to (860) 849-6881 (text) or ilashct.info@gmail.com (Email). If you fail to notify us, we will have the right to refuse the service on the day of the appointment. As a result, your booking fee will be forfeited and additional charges may apply.

  • Not all previous cosmetic tattoo work (too saturated, shape, skin is not healthyfrom other artists can be fixed or covered. If you are booked for a   cover up service from a different artist, please understand you will be booking a first time appointment with us. Additional fee for correction applies.

  • ​Other Lash Artist’s work: If you currently have lash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. A new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. Complimentary lash consultation is available to check the condition of lashes. Lash consultation is scheduled 24-48hrs prior to a new set of lashes. â€‹

  • CHANGING THE BROW TECHNIQUE: If you decide to do another technique, or change the thickness of the brow design after the follow up appointment is completed, an additional follow up session will be required to achieve the desired result. Additional fee will apply for the additional session.

  • REFUNDS: All transactions are final. No refunds will be given for any reason on services and products. You are paying for the artist's time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service.

    •  For lash extensions, a lash fill will be done so with a complimentary 30 minutes lash express touch up if its is at the fault of the application or product within 48 hours from the initial service.

Note: Specific results or color requests for cosmetic tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with cool-toned, problematic skin, sun damaged or when covering up an old cosmetic tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve. Healed results vary with every client due to the pigment retention. Every client has different immune system, skin type, lifestyle, medication taken. Therefore, healed results are beyond our control.
