Frequently Asked Questions About Lashes

BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  • Please set aside enough time for a new set of lash extensions, Microblading or Powder Brow appointments. 

  • Do not wear any eye or brow makeup to your appointment.

  • Make sure your lashes are thoroughly cleaned with all traces of mascara and makeup residue removed.

  • Prior to service, remove contact lenses.

  • Please arrive about 5 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow you to complete the necessary paperwork and to prepare for your service. We have lash cleanser.

  • Other Lash Artist’s work: If you currently have lash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. A new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. Complimentary lash consultation is available to check the condition of lashes. Lash consultation is scheduled 24-48 hrs prior to a new set of lashes. 

  • If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

 

CANCELLATION

  • As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, you will not be charged. Same day cancellation or no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice. You will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

  • A deposit for all new clients or appointments over $150 will be required at the time of booking. This is to protect the time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention

  • If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee the full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled. For services requiring a shorter period of time after 5 minutes, your appointment will be needing to be rescheduled.

 

REFUND

  • You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minutes lash express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

  • We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed.
